This is the first post on the new site. The plan: short, honest notes on things I’m working on or thinking about — production AI systems, LLMs, agents, and the unglamorous infra around them.

Why a blog#

Writing forces clearer thinking than just having opinions in my head. Most posts here will lean toward the kind of thing I’d want to read myself: concrete, specific, and short. The bar I’m trying to hit is “would this have saved past-me an afternoon?”

What to expect#

• Notes from production: LoRA, RAG, agents, NER at scale, the things that break and why.
• Side-project write-ups when something turns out interesting.
• Occasional paper reading notes (probably KANs, retrieval, alignment, and graph ML).
• Less polished: brief notes from things I’m currently nerd-sniped by.
